About

Catherine Bridget

From early childhood memories of picking flowers, Catherine has always held a passion for gardening. Growing fruit and veg with her family has allowed her to pass on this interest and skills to her two sons, spending many years growing flowers and using them in her floral designs. In more recent years Catherine has dedicated more time to teaching and sharing her knowledge by providing workshops and flower arranging demonstrations, including heritage crafts.

With a keen interest in promoting locally grown flowers and flower farmers in North Wales, she has a strong passion for teaching people about native flowers and growing as a more sustainable alternative to importing. Catherine looks forward to inspiring your creativity with an enticing variety of flower workshops!

What We Offer

At The Flower Garden, Catherine offers a thoughtful blend of creative floristry and hands-on learning, rooted in a love of seasonal, locally grown flowers.

Whether you’re looking for beautiful floral designs or an inspiring creative experience, you’ll find a welcoming space to explore, learn, and create. Catherine provides bespoke floristry for all occasions — from natural, garden-style bouquets and baskets to wedding flowers and meaningful farewell arrangements — each made with care and attention to detail.

Alongside floristry, Catherine delivers a wide range of workshops and demonstrations, including flower arranging, wreath making, and heritage crafts such as Indian block printing. Workshops take place both at The Flower Garden Log Cabin, our own dedicated venue, and at external venues by request, making them ideal for community groups, organisations, private gatherings, and special events.

Whether you’d like to join a workshop, commission flowers, or invite Catherine to deliver a creative session at your venue, you’re warmly invited to look around the site or get in touch to discuss your ideas.
